In the mouth, the volume of the wine amuses us due to its fresh balance and long drink with a balanced and friendly bounce.
A Pedro Ximénez from Terra Alta with a very balanced aromatic expression. The yellow fruit takes center stage (vine peach, apricot) nuanced by balsamic and honeyed touches. Herbaceous hints. Elegant earthy background. This Estones PX 2021 wine will allow us to enjoy a different and unique Pedro Ximénez.
Sauvignon Blanc. Colour: Bright green with magnificent gold nuances.Aroma: Intense varietal aroma characteristic of Sauvignon blanc, with hints of asparagus, mango, tomato leaf and boxwood.Palate: It is a fresh, intense and very pleasant wine; with a long persistence of tropical fruits. One of the most aromatic varieties in the world. A modern and feminine white that harmonizes amazingly with many types of food; easy to understand and enjoy.
Without cold pre-fermentation maceration to avoid extracting too green aromas. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature (13ºC), thus preserving the finest and most delicate aromas. Work on lees for 4 months in concrete, with very gentle stirring to avoid losing the dissolved CO2 residue, which allows maintaining freshness in the mouth but without bubbles and achieving complexity.

Nose: Aromas of intense green fruit, herbaceous and floral notes such as orange blossom.
Palate: Fresh, vibrant and delicate on the palate, with refreshing and crisp acidity. Low alcohol content.
O Luar do Sil Godello is a white wine with a clean gold color, free of oxidation. It has floral aromas, with a background of green fruit and some tropical tones. In the mouth it is friendly, pleasant to the palate, silky and round. Long, pleasant and delicate aftertaste.

It has a very intense palate, with good structure as a result of working with the lees. The density and unctuousness envelops the palate, and continues with a long and persistent finish.

Intense straw yellow colour with green reflections. Clean, bright and very well presented. Medium intensity aroma, with notes of white seed fruit (apple and pear) well combined with herbaceous and balsamic notes (fennel, heme and anise). Fresh mouthfeel, rich in nuances. Good expression of Verdejo that lasts until the end. Structured with a pleasant acidity. Aniseed and mineral aftertaste.
GRAPES: This rosé is the result of a combination of Grenache: 95% Grenache Tinta, 3% Grenache Roya (Garnacha Gris) and 2% Grenache Blanca. AROMA: On the nose, it conveys memories that evoke the aroma of strawberries and raspberries with notes of yuzu, fennel, lavender and anise. TASTE: Flavors of red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries that are combined with hints of citrus such as yuzu and balsamic aromas such as fennel, lavender and anise.
Tempranillo Blanco, a native variety capable of developing a smooth texture and body; and Garnacha, ideal for making high-end rosés thanks to its floral and delicate aromatic intensity.

Palate: Smooth and refreshing on the palate, with refreshing acidity and good tension, with a lower alcohol content.

100% Garnatxa. Wine from Reus / Riudoms (DO Tarragona). Dry red wine with controlled tannicity and fruity (black and red fruit). Especially sweet with a slightly rough finish that invites you to continue drinking. Aged on lees in stainless steel. It is a tribute to the builders of the water mines in the areas of Reus and Riudoms in the 17th century who still irrigate the farms.

On the palate it is silky, with an easy and pleasant entrance, but maintaining a fine and sweet tannin from a very ripe grape. Full-bodied but elegant and easy to drink.
