En un segon pla apareixen aromes més torrades i dolços, com el caramel i el toffe, que donen pas a notes més fruiteres, com el coco. Sabor: suau i cremós. Apareixen records a sucre cremada i, posteriorment, sensacions més especiadas com de regalèssia, pastilles juanola, balsàmics i notes de tabac. El final és llarg i permet gaudir de la copa sense presses.
