AROMA: Aromatic herbs and fruits with smoky notes. TASTE: Smoky and black pepper notes produce a long, silky mouthfeel.

View: transparent. Aroma: notes of cooked maguey, caramel and white flowers. Taste: woody notes. Good acidity with medium persistence in the mouth.

Crystalline color with silver nuances. Aroma of fire and ash, accompanied by ripe fruit and herbaceous notes. Smooth flavor with hints of wood that are mixed with notes of cooked mezcal. It has a very nice smoky finish.
Mezcal 400 Conejos Joven is an authentic legendary mezcal, from the Oaxaca region, in Mexico, produced by Crista La Santa distilleries. It is a young mezcal with a soft taste on the palate, with subtle aromas of fruits and different herbs, made with espadin agave by master mezcaleros from Santiago Matatlán, in the Mexican region of Oaxaca.

Artisan mezcal made with 100% wild cenizo agave, 150% more agave is used to obtain a higher quality mezcal. We cut a 1.5cm jima to keep the heart of the maguey, the part with the highest quantity and quality of sugar and the least bitterness of the plant. Cooked in traditional volcanic stone ovens with holm oak, which provides its characteristic smoky flavor to mezcal. A purely handmade production. Pure heart

Composed of 90% espadín and 10% agave on tap, this mezcal is deliciously smooth, floral and fruity (pineapple, banana).

Balanced and friendly aromas of green herbs and cooked maguey with light notes of ketones.
Refined flavors, light but sharply accentuated in herbs and citrus giving way to sweet tones and a persistent finish on the palate of flavors of cooked agave and mesquite smoke.
