100% organic rum, is an agricultural rum made in the northern mountains of Oaxaca in the municipality of Santa María Tlalixtac (Mexico). The process that makes Sin Pasado unique since, unlike conventional rums, they ferment the 100% organic cane juice after a thorough distillation and leave it to rest for 9 months in French oak barrels. Woody notes and sweet fruit flavor.

ABUELO CENTURIA 30-50 YEARS

It is produced from sugar cane molasses and is aged in American white oak barrels for a minimum of 30 years. Then, a small amount of the 50+ year old rum is mixed with the 30 year old rum to create the final blend. The result is a dark and complex rum with notes of dried fruits, spices, caramel, vanilla and oak. It is a smooth, round and balanced rum, with a long and smooth finish.
