Kavalan Single Malt 40% is a single malt produced at the first and only distillery in Taiwan.

The texture in the mouth of Abasolo is remarkably smooth, both in its alcoholic component and in its aroma. To create it, corn is dried in the field, then shelled and subjected to nixtamalization. Subsequently, the corn is dried using hot air before being ground, and it is with this flour that Abasolo is produced.
